The Stroms are back!

Well yesterday was the first of the winter storms. the wind was blowing so hard that the trees were bending in half. It is conferance week so the school kids get out at 11:15 everyday. It was a good thing two because the power went out shortly after Sam got off the bus. So we went to South Hill to get some things for Halloween costums and hope that there was power there. We were in Toys R us and the power went off and then came back on. So we tried to get everything done that we needed to before it went off for awhile. As we got close to home the power was still off. We only were out of power for about 3 hours. They boys and i played games and read books to pass the time. I hope this is the last of the storms. I don't want to go thourgh no power for 4 days with freezing temps. ever again like last year. That was so misserable.
